The recipe I made for my lunch today was called Blackberry Smoothie with Kiwis and Papaya and it's on page 36 of 100 Weight Loss Bowls by Heather Whitney.
I modified this one by using blueberries instead of blackberries and nectarine instead of papaya.

Their smoothie must have been a lot more firm than mine as this is what mine looked like:
I did like the flavours of the smoothie overall. I didn't think the kiwi really worked, personally. Although, I did like the nectarine.
And, the smoothie was far too thin. If I were going to make it again, I would use half a frozen banana instead of fresh as that would thicken it somewhat.
Overall, I rate it 3/5.
