I have noticed that from last year to this year there has been a weight gain. Now, I know with quarantine and officially entering the beginning stages of menopause it is going to be a more difficult process. After some research, I have learned that need to eat 200 calories less and limit how much sugar intake more. Activity has always been there. I am one of those weird people who crave working out. I usually get 120 minutes per day. With a plan in place, it is time to refocus and accomplish this task. Good luck to all who are fighting the same battle.
