I decided to post a shot blog. ON Saturday the 20th of June I woke up and wasn't able to walk. My right knee was the culprit. My left knee is a replacement. I called my clinic and they said they could get me in and the PA gave me a prednisone prescription. I was able to walk on it on Monday. Had an appointment on Tuesday the 23 for trigger point injections in the muscles along my spine...another problem I have been working on. Friday I got into my regular PA at the clinic. She drained some fluid off my Right knee and then gave me a cortisone injection.

She said my knee x-ray showed that my knee was trashed!! However, my replacement knee...the left one looks great.

Having a hard time exercising. Part of that is motivation...or should I say lack of motivation. Going to try some chair exercises. Does anyone have some they like? I know that SP has some videos of chair exercises.

Have a good day!!

Angie, so sorry about your pain! Praying that you are now better and getting along with your knees. Take care, my friend. emoticon

I haven't tried any Spark chair exercises. I do a 10 minute crunchless one. It's fairly simple to do.

I know your feeling! I had a right knee replacement on November 1. The other one has ostioarthritis. I don't know how much long the left will last.

Sounds like you are in pain; I would get the knee taken care of and then exercise when able. Best wishes and sorry to hear you news.
