As I watch the scale...do nothing!, I tend to get frustrated. But, then, I remember the changes I have made. I am more active on purpose. I eat far more cleanly again. I strive to get more sleep. I track exercise and food. With these improvements in my lifestyle, I know the scale is bound to cooperate very soon. I started back at SP a couple months ago as I had regained some of the lost weight that had stayed off for several years. So, I believe I will be back at goal again. I know I can do it. SP is such a wonderful encouragement. I look forward to the Summer 5% challenge. If I succeed with 5% loss I will be half-way there. Hoping to get close to that 10% goal. We will see.
It may not show on the scale or even how your clothing fits. But Nothing compares to making healthy choices for your body. Your body can deal better with stressors because it has a good foundation to draw from. Keep making the healthy choice.
