I stepped on the scale this morning, it said 180. I dont believe it! I do know I have been eating too much. when im with my family, I eat when they do. Now to get bk on track and eat once or twice a day. intermittent fasting is my friend! at least now I have a starting point, as qell as a team of cheerleaders who are with me. Who is with me?
