Remember how you feel after a workout!

I feel awake and like I can conquer anything after a workout. I am finding that the longer I workout the better I feel afterward. I wish I could remember this feeling on those days I just don't feel like working out. I have been making myself workout on those days. I never know when my fibromyalgia will kick up and I won't be able to workout. I am usually down for weeks when that happens. I still watch my calories on those days.
