Heard a story of a person who was really busy with his business, his family and a new house needing lots of work and he said you can either call it STRESSED or BLESSED! In that way I am trying to 'turn things around' and make 'negatives' feel more positive. My girl is still worrying about something and sometimes never stops talking but I am grateful she is here to help me rationalise sometimes, she came to the bank with me to try to save my hubby a job later, she helped give me the confidence I could do it myself so I was grateful for that, Also glad she is here to help me with my Mum in Law as I can't do the job on my own anymore due to the difficulties after her little stroke on 22nd June.

I am still being accountable to a Sustain Nutrition coach and learning lots about the Mindset Matters issue which we do not receive from Slimming World when I followed that plan, still use the ideas as well but eating the protein has been a new revelation. Yes I am still a grazer as I was but trying not to do so as much! Today's idea is about Self Sabotage and it is great timing as I am really good at sabotaging myself especially on Weigh In day, think that I used to consider that I had restricted myself so much, when I was doing SW and so always overate but know that with SN I am never hungry and making good choices the whole time so not restricting myself so need to remember that today! I am the lightest I have been for ages and feel really good.

Really loving the colour in my garden right now, especially the Mesembryanthums (large pink daisy like flower in first photo) which were free and open up when there is enough solar (brightness) and really make me feel positive so wanted to share with anyone reading this.

2 weeks on Friday we would have been going away for a week to Butlins Skegness but with my Mum in Law and of course the CoVid disaster we have decided to delay it and reserved a similar apartment for next summer. So we are going to try to have fun as a family that week and probably several takeaways too, though not relaxing my eating too much!

I am lucky my hubby is still doing the shopping and it has made us be a little more organised with our eating and our family meals.

Waffled here a bit but wanted to post one before now but life goes really fast sometimes when we are as blessed as we are! Hugs to you all. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
