07/24/20 - Day 5

It's been a busy day, but it kept my mind off of food. I haven't been having too many food cravings this week.
Although I'll be working tomorrow and Sunday, I'm still glad it's Friday. Since I wasn't feeling well at the beginning of the week, I have some catch up work to do.
I'm also going to help my sister mow her acre of land, so that will be my exercise tomorrow. We try to get it done as early in the morning as we can before it gets too hot.
Today is day 5. I've been sticking to my healthy eating plan. Next week, I want to start back on my daily exercise routine.
One day at a time, one step at a time. I will reach my goals. #loveyourself
