07/25/20 - Day 6

I had a good day today. I helped my sister mow her grass. She has an acre of land, so that was my exercise today. I reached 10,000 steps for the first time in a while. I used to walk 6 miles a day plus aerobics. I don't know why I stopped, but I'm getting back into it slowly.
I'm feeling better every day that I eat healthy and exercise - even just 20 or 30 minutes.
Do something to show yourself some love. You're worth it. #loveyourself
