Weight: 203.4 lbs - down 9.7 lbs Waist: 42" - down 2" Hips: 45.5" - down 1.5" Thigh: 24.5" - down 1.25" Upper Arm: 13" - down 0.5" Chest: 37.5" - down 0.5" OMG ... I'm through my first week. It was a long difficult week, but I made it through. I've lost 10 pounds (which I know is mostly water weight) and 2" off my waist. My cravings are gone. I started working out at the gym this week. I am beyond excited to be almost back in "one"derland again. I swore I would never let myself get over 200, but I did it anyway.. I have a good support system. My husband and my daughter are along for the ride this time, so we're doing it together.
