I a bit disappointed in my lack of weight loss this week. I'm feeling okay since I did lose some in my measurements.
I wasn't as active as I should have been last week. I've been really busy with work. I need to get more focused so I'm able to accomplish more. Working from home has given me many challenges to overcome, especially since my husband has been on furlough for the last 3 1/2 months.
When I was working a regular 9 to 5 job, I would do step aerobics and walk a mile before work, then I'd walk a mile at lunchtime. Now I just sit or stand at my desk most of the day. I have started going to the gym in the mornings, but I still need to walk more in the afternoon or evening. I'm barely getting 5,000 steps a day most days.
Time to get focused on exercise and work. I've been eating healthier, but meal planning would definitely help, if I could find time to do it.
