Here. We go. Again.

This photo came up in my FB memories today. I have not made any sustained progress in the past year. What's worse, I've put myself back to my "square 1" from 1999. It's like the last two decades of learning and commitment to my health didn't even exist. (also, how the *insert strong cuss word here* did twenty years pass that quickly?) So now, I start at the beginning and with the goals of getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, and moving "more".
My #1 priority this week is to drink 2L of water(or more) a day.
I want to do less sitting on the couch.
I want to do more walking/running.
This week, I want to feel hopeful.
To feel this way, I will fuel my body with nutrient dense food and getting enough sleep.
If I get stuck, I'll remember that I was strong enough to do this in the past and I am a much stronger person now.
