3 MONTH CHECKUP A SUCCESS!

i am so excited. My journey since November 2019 has been slow, gradual losses on the scale. I achieved dropping out of plus sizes too. But I am most excited about my recent blood work. All of my numbers have improved significantly, including my A1C. I have gone down from 6.4 to 6.1 in 3 months. My goal is to keep going and get that number below 6.0 to a healthy 5.8.

My main source of exercise has been using the treadmill and lifting hand weights at home. I cancelled my gym membership due to the pandemic. My concern is that I do not have a variety of gym equipment, etc to keep surprising my body. However, I shared that concern with my doctor who indicated that it isn't necessary to change what I have been doing to see continued results. So, that is what I am going to do and see where I am at the end of the next 3 months.
