Week zero start. Not just for physical health, but mental health!

Well, I've been weighing myself every morning lately. It helps me keep on track, but definitely stresses me out more than weighing once a week. I think I'll stick to daily weighing until I feel like I'm out of this crazy out of control weight gaining I've been allowing the past several months.
I weighed in this morning. Not a good number at all but I logged it on my wall calendar and will compare it to next Friday and post it here like I used to. I have always had a ton of success doing that with SparkPeople so why not do it again?
I'm going to focus on blogging every other day at a minimum. I'm also going to make a challenge calendar like I did last year that helped me lose 40 lbs then. Gotta go back to what works!
I also really want to join the fall challenge.
Even though it's really hard to quit bad habits, the more good things I do, the better I feel. I don't feel as depressed as I did a week ago. I need to keep it up, not just for physical health but mental!!
