Where has the time gone? I ask that a lot.
In reference to this season's 5% challenge, I have not used the time to create new helathy habits. Maybe I even took a step or two backwards...not riding the bicycle as much. Not preparing healthy snack (like boiled eggs) ahead of time.

Starting BMI ~29
Goal weight: 150 lbs
5% goal for this challenge: -9 lbs

What can I do to gently motivate myself? I don't want to chastise myself. I would sure like to shed/release some of the weight I am carrying.
