I woke up this morning with the thought of grabbing that frappe and sausage, egg cheese mcgriddle. I was even going to leave work 1.5 hours before because I just wanted that for breakfast.
I hate toast and watch Netflix. I was bored after a half hour and left. I took the free way and said no to McDonald before getting on the freeway but then when I got off I pulled in anyways.
I wasn't really hungry but I'm here by myself and yesterday was busy and didn't' have to eat, I wanted those extra calories to make it to the end of the day.
That was the mistake. I've went to the bathroom 4 times already and it's only 10am. (I got here at 7:45). I want to eat fruits/veggies, want to move more, not be craving McDonald ( I really don't like it but I buy it anyways) and I want and I want.
Tomorrow is another day and I will probably want McDonald's again. Life is an adventure and I'm working on it.
