Life is truly great 39

I walked 7 miles today. 18,664 steps and I'll probably get some in today. I wore a mask the whole time and shopped pulling all my groceries in a wheeled ice chest I feel wonderful like a could walk another 7 miles. I'm grateful I can breathe well, I have no temperature I have no symptoms of that nasty virus. Life is really great

Gotta love my husband. He asked me to walk with him and I said yes because he likes my company when he walks. So now I have 22,823 steps and 8.64 miles. I think that's even better for my cardio. Life is really great
