Today was a good day. I walked with my husband this morning at dawn and was successful as far as eating No sugar. I am not going to bore you all by posting each day, unless I have something to share. I plan to stick with the exercise and "no sugar" change in my WOE, but will confess any slip that I might have along the way. That will be a way of being accountable in this journey.
I hope that you all are having much success in your quest to either lose weight or maintain your goal weight or with any other challenges you may be working on.
