Goal Revisit, or Goal Revise

This is a question I constantly ask myself, but always at the beginning of a new month. So to revisit the last set of goals I set:
1) Lose 10 lbs a month -- actually managed this one between August 1st and September 1st
2) Log in daily from my laptop -- at best I managed three times a week
3) Restart my running program -- yes and no...some progress has been made but not as focused or thorough as I'd like
So where that leaves me is:
1) Lose 10 lbs a month -- this is possible, since I've done it; and safe based on my doctor's recommendation of 1% of my body weight as an upper limit. KEEP
2) Log in daily from my laptop -- going from 0 to three times a week is good work. KEEP and expand
3) Restart my running program -- I'm able to walk up to 4 miles again without my back seizing, but my pace is no where near ready to start adding jogs in. PAUSE and check in later
I have things I want...and things I want to do. I want to get a bicycle and ride again...goal 1 will get me there. I want to prove I can do a half marathon...being smart about goal 3 will get me there. Leaning on the support system that helped me achieve so many of my goals in the past...goal 2 will get me far in all my travels so that is the one I'm focusing on right now.
