A & I W1 -- August Results, September Goals

Our team assignment is to write a Blog about our August Result & our goals for September.
So, for August my goals & results --
1)GOAL ~ lose 2 pounds. I'm shooting for all 3 but I'll be good with 2.
~~ I lost the 2 lbs. In fact, I am now .6 ounces from my pre-quarantine weight. I gained 4 lbs from that. I call that my "Quarantine 4". So, 6oz...Easy peasy, right
2)GOAL ~ cardio 3 times a week, 40 minutes each.
~ strength training 4 days a week
~~ I did that. A few times I went cardio 6 days a week. I even did pilates twice.
3)GOAL ~ get back on vegetarian Atkins
~~ & I did that. I need to STAY on it, too.
Goals for September
1) lose 2 lbs. I have 4 lbs to my goal weight.
2) continue with the cardio 5 times a week & ST 4 times a week
3) veggie Atkins. It's working, so why mess with a good thing.
