Missed a Day on My Streak!

Oh, woe is me! Today would have been day 32 of a streak of no grazing snacking, but yesterday I had almost a full meal's worth of calories for a snack! I tracked it and I didn't go over my count for the day, but it would seem like cheating to put it down as a "no snack, or only healthy snack if truly hungry" - because, it was a peanut butter and molasses sandwich. Not a half sandwich, which would have been plenty enough - but the whole thing! I was stuffed when I finished, and felt guilty for making a whole sandwich instead of a half one; so the feeling was that I had fallen off the wagon and I really couldn't in good conscience count it as a day of meeting the requirement I set for myself for snacking.
Now, I am back to zero on my streak, which seems patently unfair and demoralizing. So, I have a wellness calendar and I am going to start keeping track of my snacking there by making notes to myself. For this particular situation and for me, I think that is a practical idea that will be more helpful to me in the long run. Meanwhile, I can go back through my trackers to the first of September and begin there.
Getting my afternoon graze under control has been an on-going battle and I am becoming more and more successful with it, so I need to keep my attitude right. Aren't we such complicated beings!?
