Determination Day 57 Countdown to November 5th Senior night.

Determination today for me is
getting on the scale daily and logging in my weight daily. I lost a pound today.
Exercising 2 miles in the rain. I did that this morning.
Strength training with wet leggings on for an hour. I did that this morning.
Planning, Cooking, logging a healthy breakfast and lunch and dinner today.
Logging in to Spark and recording all my ST training, water intake, cardio and food consumption.
Cleaning the bathrooms. I have to keep moving to not sit too long.
Tonight I will walk another 2 miles before my orchestra rehearsal.
