Day 56 countdown

Yesterday I followed my plan exactly and lost another pound today.
PLUS. I drove to my son's college, and jumped his car and had his battery replaced.
Also, drove to my orchestra rehearsal . Meeting them for the first time in 6 months.
Good day yesterday.
Following my plan today
walk 2 miles in the morning
breakfast, lunch and dinner in range of 1000-1200 calories
strength training 45-55 minutes
walk 2 miles in the evening.
drink 10 glasses of water
Will clean kids bathroom today. Gotta do some housework too.
