Reminding of goals

Since going back to work, it's been an up and down moments. I knew it would be hard to stick to my exercise and I knew I would be overwhelmed but the planning for this and preparing did nothing. I'm not starting over but I am starting back to the basics.

Goals:
-Fit: Run 1 mile, sit ups, push ups, pulls ups, squats, burpees.
-Diet: Less fast food>make food at home, less pop>water, less candy>fruit
-Faith: Read Bible and pray
-Money: less junk, out of debt (car loan, mortgage, student debt is ok)
-Work: resource center, No-kill, Spay/Neuter clinics

I believe goals don't have to be SMART. My life is way to unpredictable, ie the stroke, coma, corona, etc. I do believe that reviewing and altering goals is the smartest way.
