Making Days Better During Covid

I took action yesterday to improve my ‘bobbing’ spirits around being shut in for Covid. I say ‘bobbing’ because I’m not always crabby about it, but sometimes I am.

Here are three things I did:

FINALLY took another yoga class, live, on line. I had not been working that in lately and boy did it make a big difference.

I cooked a new recipe, a healthy one, using a new ingredient for me. Tomatillos!

My DH is making me a netting cover for my winter garden. I took the time to thank him for using his woodworking and design skills on my behalf.

Inspiration for this approach to my day comes from this article about how to boost happiness during Covid. It reminded me of the power I have to make my days better. I am going to test drive the idea.
