Day 50 Count Down to Senior Night

After 10 days of dieting, I am happy to say I have had a great start. I have lost 7.5 pounds so far. I hope my next week is just as fruitful.
My exercise routine started at 3 miles and has grown to 5 miles on some days. I do this everyday.
Most times I walk , but occasionally if a good song comes on, I will jog a little. Not long though.
My strength training exercise is approx. between 40-55 minutes. I do this everyday.
I drink 8-12 glasses of water a day.
If I am super starving and( if I remember this...) I drink two teaspoons of fiber (Metamucil) to help with hunger.
I try to stay within a 1000-1200 range Sometimes, I have to eat about 1350 calories if I HAVE to. I want to see that scale move though. That is rare if I eat over 1200
On my notecards, I write down all the info above, plus 3 reasons I feel blessed and my daily weight and everything I ate too. My notes cards are a physical reminder of my goal. I have a lot to lose.
Time is everything. I am doing everything right, I JUST have to stay the course until my goal weight happens and then I can maintain.
