It is easy to start a long project. It is difficult to stay with it and keep up the motivation. Every day I take a few minutes to keep my goals in front of me. My health is of great importance! I can’t achieve my other goals if I do not have my health.
Some of my other goals are:
Traveling around the country in my retirement years.
Hiking with my husband, my kids, and grandkids.
Helping my community stay healthy by making masks and teaching people in my community how to sew masks.
Helping to teach my grandkids fun and important lessons.
How do I plan to stay healthy?
Drinking 8 glasses of water or clear tea every day
Eating a low carb diet that is high in fresh vegetables.
Getting in 11 K steps a day.
Taking 2 minutes or more each day to do deep breathing exercises along with some mindful meditation.
I try to take a photo of the best part of every day. It reminds me of why I am alive. I follow my basic routine, making a few changes to keep things fresh.
