week 3 of healthier choices

In the last 19 days it has really hit home that in order to be a healthier person I must figure out a better way to cope with stress. My life produces a lot of stress that comes over me in waves, somedays I deal better with it then others. The stress and the smoke have really effected my sleep over the past month. I fall asleep fine but I wake up several times a night. Often when I wake up after 4 am I never fall back to sleep. Getting less than 7 hours of sleep is not good for me.
