Day 3 - Do it anyway...

I got up this morning and immediately grabbed a bottle of water instead of a can of pop. I didn't really want to do that...but I did it anyway. Tonight, I was really sore and I really didn't want to exercise at all. But I found a few exercises that I knew wouldn't agitate what I've got going on right now and I did them anyway. And I have to say that it felt great! Sure, I felt annoyed because I didn't want to drink water or move my body. It felt like a tiny, tiny step and that was frustrating. But it also felt like a move in the RIGHT direction and it's been a long time since I felt like I've made a move in the right direction. It felt like the beginning of breaking some rough habits. And it felt amazing.
