These numbers are looking better. Yesterday I did a Sweatin' to the Oldies video and I loved it. Beats getting on the treadmill!

Lately I am feeling good. I'd like to keep it this way. Lord please! Its amazing how eating like crap drags you down but you treat yourself with bad food like it is a reward? Um, no. Smaller clothes would be a fantastic reward. Self confidence. Self Esteem. Yes please. Definitely need more of that. I have been incorporating more fruit and veggies.

Still trying to drink more water. Why does that prove to be so difficult? Yesterday I managed to track all my food! That's a big one. I'm trying to deal with my stress head on. Working on things that make me feel better. Exercising throughout the day instead of hitting it hard at once is working best for me right now. I am excited to keep building on this foundation. If you ask me, I am doing the things I need to, to lose the weight. Now I just need to have the consistency and dedication. I actually prayed that I have the strength to power thru to make these healthy habits stick.

Cheers to the weekend. My plan is to keep busy and not loving my familly with food. We need to go for walks and do crafts instead.
