Healthy To Do List

Today I am going to look at what I can do rather than focus on past mistakes.
1. Drink Green Tea when emotions boil up.
2. Take a walk after lunch and/or dinner
3. Track my food BEFORE I eat it
4. Watch my carb counts and stay in range
5. Take my blood sugar
6. Weigh in on the scale
7. Take my vitamins
8. Floss my teeth 2 times
9. Wait to eat when I am hungry
10. Drink at least 3 liters water
11. Stop eating at 7 p.m.
12. In bed by 10:30 p.m. for 7 hours of rest
