Weigh-in: October 3, 2020: New Victory

**EXERCISE*****
Goal -- I set a goal of three 30 minute Kickboxing sessions and one 12 minute Kettlebell

Good news -- I met the goal

Bad News -- That's all I did. When I set exercise goals, there's a spiritual sense of "minimum acceptable" that gives me the opportunity to "blow it out of the water" when I hit the goal early in the week.


**DIET*****
Did OK. Have been doing intermittent fasting. Eating out usually three times a week, twice at the beginning and once midweek. The portion sizes when eating out are much much smaller than they were when I was hovering around 210.


**WEIGH-IN*****
Last Week: 199.6--21%
Prev. Low : 197.8--22%
This Week: 197.4--22%


**REFLECTION****
Maybe I am off on this, but my stats show a reality that I need to face. I've lost about 12 pounds since March and have gone down 1% body fat on average. I don't have a lot left to do on the eating front and am generally sedentary. I think it's time to fully commit to exercise (Tick-Schlock challenge coming).


**SONG*****

Very few bands whose biggest song I have disliked as much as I did theirs has produced a followup song that I have liked as much as this one.

**CONCLUSION*****
This week, I'm shooting for 6x30-minutes. It's a stretch goal, but a perfectly doable one. I doubt that it will get me down to my goal of 195.0, but it should get me to 195.x/196.x.

We'll see.
