Letter to myself as a reminder....

Holly,

I know that the last week has been stressful…getting back from an out of town survey, doing an in town survey, preparing for another three day trip out of town on Monday, all while still trying to complete additional work within the office. A 60 hour work week is just too much for any one so it is no wonder that you are feeling so frustrated and tired especially since you have not had time to sleep much or time to get in the exercise over the last couple of days that you have become accustom to and that helps keep you motivated and moving forward in your health journey.

I know that due to the frustration and the resentful attitude that has enveloped you over the last couple of days that you have thrown in the towel and have given in to old habits that are not healthy for you or productive for your weight loss journey and goals. Please don’t give up. You have come so far in your health quest.

Remember that overall, you feel better, can move more easily, and that 97% of the time you are satisfied and happy with your way of eating and your new healthy exercise and lifestyle. Forget the fall back you had over the last couple of days, pick yourself up and make today (this very minute) your reset day to get back on track. Surround yourself with good examples from You Tube influencers that are following your same protocol to remind you that you are not alone in your goals and struggles. Reach out and connect with your Minion family for support and encouragement.

Be sure to love yourself every day. You deserve it!!!!!!!
