Meant to do more. Did more of the same. Very stagnant. It's time to really (read 'actually') shake things up on this front.
I can do a 30 minute cardio without getting gassed. I'm not the strongest guy in the world, but I can certainly shoot out a few weight training sessions. Core needs work, but is getting stronger as I do more kick-boxing
This week, I will commit to hard-core (lower impact of course) exercise. And by commit, I mean with accountability.
Spoiler alert, there is a Tick-Schlock Challenge that will be appearing tomorrow on the Community Feed, if you're looking for SparkGoodies.
At this point, I am at peace that diet is not the issue for what I'm trying to accomplish. going through my daily routine, I eat like a typical American who is 10-15 pounds overweight (which I am).
My diet is OK. 2 proteins, 2 dairy, 2 green/fruit smoothies and 2-4 servings of grain. very rarely snack/crisps and some candy....but yeah. I eat out very minimally.
Given how sedentary I am, I believe my weight is where it would reasonably expected.
--Last Week: 197.4--22%
--This Week: 198.0--21%
--+.06 pounds. Down 1% body fat
(The body fat usually catches up to where it should be when the weight stays put for a week or so.)
This week was perfectly......well.... meh. I've stabilized, weight-wise, but now it's time to get in shape.
I've got the calories-in under control, but need to shoot up the metabolism for calories-out. Cardio, strength and HIIT is the logical next step.
so early early 19(9)8 (I celebrate weigh-ins by listening/linking to to music from the year of my weight with a decade injected)
If you saw the movie, it will be weird to not see the one character everyone remembers from it in any of the clips..but yeah. The song focused on the romance angle between the two main characters.
And geez, the guy singing in the video is almost as hot as I am.
Next Week: Exercise!, Exercise!!, Exercise!!
- TD Out!
