Happy Saturday, SparkPeople!

My highlight yesterday was getting a new mobile phone for the first time in around 6 years. Since I work from home and also since there is some chance my mobile phone contributed to my brain tumor (the tumor happened right where I held my phone), I don't use my mobile phone much. I had a neurosurgeon tell me he notices a pattern of people more likely to have brain tumors on the side of their head where they hold their mobile phone.

Especially if you have other health issues, I do recommend that people try to limit their exposure to emf from mobile phone, wifi bases,cordless phone bases, and more. I believe that as health issues add up, this makes you more susceptible to other health issues and "toxins" like emf. This is a top reason to work on prevention like good nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep, and more.

From what I've read, I highly recommend turning off emf sources at night when you sleep because there's some research showing it can affect your sleep.

But the maps feature on my old phone started having issues, so I had to get a new one :).

I got a Google Pixel 4a on sale for $300 since that fits my needs including having a really good camera at a good price.

My fitness highlight was taking Flash for a walk/light hike yesterday afternoon.

Now it's time to get outside for some sunshine and free Vitamin D.
