Up and at Em- Day 1

Up and at em, is going to be my calling card. I have realized that the earlier in the day I get my exercise in, the better I am. With rheumatoid arthritis, you never know what each day will bring to the table, so if I just get up and get a movement in, even if I tire as the day goes along, I have already done the best thing for my health early. I am making it a goal to get movement in 4 days a week for the next 3 weeks, and then move up from there. I want to challenge myself for November as well to get ready for THanksgiving.
Positivity is going to be my motto as well the rest of this year! Yes, I am confined to what I can do and where I can go due to covid, but I am here! My health still matters and I still matter. It has really been a hard couple of months mentally and physically- but I am willing to start over and try again.
