I got my resistance bands in the mail today.
I also got these helpful cards, so I don't forget about different areas.
The weather will soon be cold enough where I don't want to be outside much. So while most people prepare for snowy weather by fixing their car with chains & snow tires and buying the latest cold-weather fashions. I know that I don't want to be outside freezing. But just because I will be inside I also don't want to use that as an excuse to pack on pounds.
I figured the resistance bands would add some variety to my workouts. I can use them right in the privacy of my own room. Do any of you use bands in your workouts?
