Yesterday, I walked about 4 miles and got in 10,100 steps compared to my usual 6000 steps each day. It was hard to eat enough to get to my calorie range. I guess the more you exercise the less hungry you feel. Or, at least that is the way it feels to me right now. Going to try to get to 10,000 again today. It is hard for me to do because the days are starting to get shorter and everyone is telling me not to walk when it is dark. I understand what they are saying. Guess I will have to find another way to reach this goal of more steps.
