Last week, I had a figurative punch in the gut when I learned I never lost the 59 lbs and 54 inches I was made to believe I lost. I am not going to give details because that will be something I do not feel comfortable going into. All I know is that I have 34 lbs this round to lose. I am determined to do just that. I have already lost 2 lbs within the first week. As soon as I am done with losing as much as I can with lowering my calories and drinking my water, I am going to start walking and doing some strength.
