1. Good coffee, my home-made stuff is so much better then what I was getting in the hotel

I need to get to Staples to pick up the new floor plans for work.

Daily Visualization

Today, imagine that your biggest trigger food is sitting on the kitchen counter. Watch yourself pick it up and toss it in the trash without even considering eating it. How does it feel to be in total control over your trigger food? What small steps can you take today to put you more in control of your food cravings?

***In the last 6 months or so I have changed my eating in so many ways. I find that I no longer crave like I used too. I no longer buy the stuff I used to crave. I have had a chocolate bar in the house in my special drawer for over 3 months now. I just don’t want it. It feels great to know it is there if I ever do want it. But I am happy to say that I don’t want it.
