Today will be great if my daughter doesn’t have a headache and gets to school for the whole day.

Today, imagine yourself doing just one healthy thing to get you closer to your goal. Maybe it's having a healthy lunch instead of hitting the vending machine or getting in some exercise after work instead of watching TV. The more you visualize yourself performing healthy habits, the more natural they will become.

***today I see myself going for a walk after I get home form getting my daughter from school, instead of my usual which would be to catch up on my soaps.
