I have been really struggling with finding motivation. I "think" I want to workout but I kind of feel like a bull in a china shop. I "think" I want to eat better but I continue to grab junk food. I "think" I am ok but I know I am in a deep funk lately and can't seem to crawl out. I "think" I want this but my actions proof otherwise.
What is one thing I can do today to make it better? Make one wise choice for a snack - move 5 more steps than yesterday - eat meals at home.
