****I can’t wait to reach my weight goal. I know that it will feel great to not have to wrap my pants over my belly fat, to see my back as smooth with no extra rolls, to have my clothing fit me nicely and hang correctly and not get caught up on extra’s that are hanging around. Today I can get closer to that goal by choosing to get my exercise in.
