Your wait time is

Tuesday, October 27, 2020

That was my day. First I called the Sears store. They told me to call the repair company. The first recording I talked to needed information and then a 12 min. wait time for a operator....then more information (same stuff all over again) and after stating my problem I'm told I have to talk to another department and that has a 126 min. wait time or they can call me back when there is a rep free. Now that I've spent well over an hour with all of this you can call me back. About 2 hours later the phone rings and a recording tells me a rep. will be with me shortly. Since when is almost 20 min. shortly. But after all this i got some satisfaction. If they can't locate my parts in 48 hours they will tell me how to go about getting a new frig. How much to you wanna bet it will be Mon. before I hear from them.

The baby quilt is all ready to quilt but a friend stopped by with 2 pairs of jeans that need mending. What do men to do pants that wears them out in the front by the zipper? I'm not sure I can fix them but I'll give it a whirl.

Thank fulls
1. A nice computer to use while I'm waiting on the phone
2. According to several of my friends this will all be over with next week after the election. (some how I don't believe them) But they all seem to think this blessing is coming.
3. the weather forecast is warmer for the next week with NO snow.

before I start the quilting tomorrow I'll attempt to fix the jeans. I will behave and sew in patches that are male approved but I'd love to stick some bright flowers in those holes.

I'm like you - when I'm sitting on hold, I'm also in front of my computer or reading a book. If I've got to be on hold that long at least I'm going to spend it doing something I enjoy!

12 degrees Tuesday morning is not nice at all. Mother Nature is really giving some stinging cold weather, wonder what her problem is, maybe the election--yeah right.
Today was not a good day for me, really didn't get much done. Yes the cold front came through so from low 90's yesterday, to about 68 degrees today. So sinuses and allergies making me somewhat nauseous, and just out of sorts today. I did make dinner, did do some hand stitching, and have more of it to do on one of my table tops, but will work that in when I have time.
I do hope I feel much better tomorrow, as we still need to get to the grocery store. I am calling it a night so off to bed I am heading real soon.

I think you are more right than your friends are. From what I have been hearing, there seems to be more than a 6 to 8 week delay in being able to get appliances. I'm glad there is no snow in the forecast for at least the next week for SW Minnesota.

OMG.. I know your story well and I feel for you

A new refrig... good luck. stores are welling them but they are not being delivered for 6-8 weeks minimum. The slowdown due to the virus has all the companies who make them stop the manufacturing process
