Got my motivation back

Didn't feel well Monday but, today was WOW. I walked 11000 steps, fixed my lunches for the rest of the week. Got all my snacks prepared for the rest of the week. Tried a new recipe for dinner (pork chops with pineapple juice, pineapple chunks and Teriaki sauce. Also, tried Brussel Sprouts for the first time since I was a kid. I liked them. Had a great day!!
