Five week comment

Noom seems to be working. I have lost about 9 pounds in about five weeks. The do a great job describing what is happening and give alternative actions. No food is taboo. They recommend foods to help lose weight, but is your choice to act. They stress the need to exercise, but again it is up to you. Psychology all the way with a healthy dose of humor. I am still not sure this will be the plan, but so far it is doing the trick
