Week 4 of the Fall 5% Challenge is in the Books!

What an amazing awesome week this was! It was worth the struggles of Week 2 & 3 to finally have some victory with the scale! It really shows to always trust the process, and the results will come!

A woman on my SparkPeople Daily Motivation group on Facebook said her dietician recommended eating a green salad with each meal... even breakfast... so this week... was salads with each meal... and BAM! Scale moved! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
