THE LAST FEW DAYS

I broke a bone in my hand last month. The last of 5 casts finally came off; but my hand hurts like hell......even WORSE than the 1st day....5 wks ago.
My fingers get numb......& are very stiff. It's my RIGHT HAND....so...it's very tough.

My husband was scheduled for a colonoscopy on FRIDAY. We did ALL the prep.....taking laxatives, etc. but NOTHING HAPPENED! We had to get up at 2 AM....so he could drink the last of it. Then...NOTHING after 3 AM! Well...AGAIN......NOTHING HAPPENED!
We had to be at the place by 7 AM.....We asked a friend to drive us; bc I still can't drive.
We were DONE by 7:45......bc...since he had no "MOVEMENTS".....they couldn't do the procedure. He works for himself.....so.....at the end of the month....THIS was perfect timing; but...it didn't work. The people at the "SURGERY CENTER" said.....
GEEE......Looking at YOUR HISTORY......YOU should have done a "2 day" PREP!
THANKS A LOT FOR TELLING US NOW!....
So.....we left to go home. Nothing else to do..........Who knows WHEN we can reschedule?

Later, when the mail came....we were notified that his PRIMARY DR. has been changed. The DR. he has NOW is leaving his health plan. THANKS A LOT FOR NOTIFYING US, DOC!
We ALSO got a notice that we "RAN A TOLL".....There was a picture of a vehicle (NOT OURS).......but OUR LICENSE PLATE......SO....we had to call the DOT. THAT only took 40 MINUTES......between being placed ON HOLD......& having to speak to a few people.
WE have a transponder......so.....they finally figured out it wasn't US!

Now, today.....we were SUPPOSED to have our DRIVEWAY REPAVED!
Unfortunately, due to all the MONSOONS we have had......starting at 3 AM.....EVERYTHING is FLOODED! I now live on LAKE FRONT PROPERTY! SO....WHO KNOWS WHEN THAT can get done?
It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get down my street.....unless you are in a BOAT!
The water is almost up to my FRONT DOOR!

These last few days have been even MORE of a NIGHTMARE than these last 4 YEARS; & esp. THIS YEAR....What I call......THE YEAR FROM "HELL"!
