When I logged my weight today I saw that I haven't weighed since August... (???) Between then and now I've found 3 lbs, or maybe they found me? I really need to be more consistent with those weigh-ins.
Lose those sneaky 3 lbs plus 1 more.
Track my food
Increase my daily steps to 10,000 minimum
Next official weigh-in December 1.
My SparkTicker is set to count down the days until 2021.
There are just 61 days left.
Not enough days to get us out of our nightmare lives and back to something less restrictive by the end of 2020.
Time to take the pup out for his walk; I have 7500 steps yet to go today.
