2. Continue to fast for this month.

3. Clean the upstairs garage.

4. Do some filing of paperwork each workday.

5. Keep total carbs below 20 for 5 days and 2 days having more carbs.

6. Do Miranda exercises 3 times a day.

7. Keep the kitchen tidier.

8. Do more posting.

9. Do the waver 45 minutes cardio and 45 minutes strength.

10. Continue 25 pushups every day.
